Company structure

Reinsurrance core

Stonefort Group, we are committed to building long-term partnerships based on trust, reliability, and mutual respect.

We combine fresh thinking with underwriting expertise to continuously improve on established practices—always with the goal of delivering practical, sustainable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Backed by two decades of industry experience and a dedicated focus on its market segments, Stonefort Reinsurance stands for stable underwriting and reliable reinsurance capacity. By emphasizing consistent support and fostering strong, long-term partnerships, we remain committed to our markets over the long run, which reflects our business.

Roles

History and today’s relevance of Stonefort Reinsurance is being reconsidered in light of the Stonefort Insurance runoff and latest strategic developments on ultimate parent level (ACS). Stonefort Group is intended to support the group as Center of Excellence for insurance risk management and insurance procurement to generate synergies and embed best practice for ACS globally. Diversification (geographies and lines of business) remains a key objective, to stabilize profitability, become less dependent on the group’s US business and enable moderate and sound growth. This will be driven through the expansion of our 3rd party business and a wider geographical footprint. However, group-related business covered by Stonefort Reinsurance as a Special Purpose Reinsurance Vehicle remains the key business segment. We continue to write Affinity Business as it is considered the dominating strategic element going forward. Our goal is to further improve our group business, particularly our CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) offering in the US market, to expand this highly profitable segment and our market share.
